When 45,000 homes and businesses went dark in Sydney's eastern suburbs, Carl Prins' $12,000 Tesla battery kept the air-conditioning and fridge running. But he does not know if it was worth it.

Obviously NPC knows nothing about the benefits of battery technology. Batteries offer lower tarrifs every day of the week. Because of my battery the maximum I pay for 1kw of power is 14c.

5 kVA MAX 6 kVA 240V Single Phase $1,500 including delivery. Runs on diesel so you can have it sit there for months or years with no problems about the condition of the fuel. That is enough power to cover any household and have spare to help out the little old lady next door!

ABC advertorial?

. OMG! This is way too far for ABC. This is a shameless article. A blatent ad for Tesla powerwall over its competitors that do the same for cheaper, while using a bushit bogus countercase insinuating competitors are inferior. Someone in ABC was remunerated for this story. .

Mmmyes, $12,000 for 1 hours power in 16 months. Yep, gotta be happy with that.
