Jeremy Corbyn says convicted terrorists should 'not necessarily' automatically serve their full prison sentences.

Jeremy Corbyn says convicted terrorists should "not necessarily" automatically serve their full prison sentences. Professor at RMIT University Joe Siracusa told Sky News on Monday Jeremy Corbyn “has never been quick on his feet", and prime minister Boris Johnson is “going to come down like a ton of bricks”.

"Corbyn is in a very difficult spot, he was going to fight this election over Brexit but Brexit has been pushed in the background in favour of this new issue of security and terrorism," Mr Siracusa said. The Labour leader's comment comes in the wake of Friday's London Bridge terror attack, which left two people dead.
