Terence Kelly pleads guilty to kidnapping Cleo Smith

Kelly was arrested after detectives raided his Tonkin Crescent home on November 3 and found the little girl locked inside a room, playing with dolls.

The 36-year-old admitted his guilt when he appeared in Carnarvon Magistrates Court via video link on Monday morning.During the exchange, Detective Senior Sergeant Cameron Blaine asked for her name to which she responded:"My name is Cleo".Terence Kelly, 36, has pleaded guilty to kidnapping four-year-old Cleo Smith from a Western Australia campsite.

The house where Cleo was found on November 3 was located just streets away from her family's home where the four-year-old lived with her mother Ellie, stepfather Jake and younger sister Isla. Kelly is being held at Casuarina Prison in Perth and entered his guilty plea at 10:50am Western Australia time. Magistrate Ben Whyte told Kelly during the hearing, “I understand from your lawyer that you are going to plead guilty but ultimately that is a matter for you," The Australian reported. Kelly gave a one-word answer when asked how he pleaded to that charge: “Guilty”.

We all know what we want done to this piece off shhhit. But u can't say it don't worry the prison system and the inmates have a penalty for this crime and I imagine he will be in PC and get treated well...

he should stay in jail for life the poor little girl was scared out of her wits she is so lucky to be alive there’s not many children that come out of this alive it’s a parents worst nightmare not knowing if there child is alive or dead
