Good luck. I have been tried to cancel my Telstra service - because Telstra unable to provide Internet service - since Nov 2021. Telstra hasn't completed the task!
I live 5 km from a town of 8000 ppl. No NBN option other than Skymuster. Totally dudded by NBNCO. Would consider Starlink but too expensive. Hopefully 5g internet isnt far away
I regularly hit 300mbps on my Starlink connection. Only thing that would make me change is gigabit fibre running direct to my house
Telstra and the NBN can’t compete with StarLink in the cities let alone regional areas with StarLink around 4-5 times faster then the NBN.
