A teenager has died, and two others are fighting for life in hospital following a horrific crash in Perth ’s east overnight. The three teenagers were driving in a blue Toyota Corolla hatchback along Williams St in Gooseberry Hill about 8.40pm on Wednesday,when their car left the road and rolled several times down an embankment before hitting a tree.

The male driver, 17, and an 18-year-old male passenger, were airlifted by the RAC Rescue helicopter to Royal Perth Hospital in a critical condition. A 16-year-old male passenger sustained critical injuries and was taken to Midland Hospital, where he died a short time later. ‘They were calling out for help’ Neighbours said they heard screeching tyres before a loud bang and rushed outside to see what was going on.
