A teenager is dead and another is fighting for life after a car carrying five teens hit a tree on the Mornington Peninsula in the early hours of Friday morning.
Two people were trapped. One died at the scene and another was airlifted to hospital. Father-of-three Kyhl Weatherall, 28, died when the car he was a passenger in lost control at the intersection of Phillip Island Road and Ventnor Road in Cowes early on Monday morning.The driver wasn't present when emergency services arrived on Monday, however police said that a 34-year-old man was arrested in Burwood over the crash about 6.20am on Wednesday.
