A 14-year-old teenager has been arrested after allegedly throwing a knife at an employee of a cigarette store in Sydney's west overnight.He approached the counter and spoke with a female employee aged in her early 30s.
The pair became engaged in a verbal argument before the man allegedly threw a kitchen knife at the employee, which hit her in the face and narrowly missed her eye.Emergency services were called and the woman was treated for a puncture wound to her head.
