It is understood the former Perpetual executive intends to swap sunlit Middle Harbour vistas for the bucolic bliss on offer at the couple’s Southern Highlands retreat. In 2015, they paid $6.3 million for about 33 hectares in Kangaloon, complete with a designer, five-bedroom farmhouse. However, in February this year the pair opted to keep a slice of Sydney, picking up a $7.3 million luxury pied-à-terre in nearby Mosman’s The Mandalong boutique complex, which is a stone’s throw from Balmoral Beach.The Gonzalez’s listing could come close to the Cremorne record, which currently stands at $19.
