Another anti-police story from ABC. Lim was clearly resisting arrest in the video & contributed to his fall. He refused to move on from a shopping centre where his presence was bothering people. He is most likely is feigning or exaggerating injuries.

that was not a violent arrest and he obviously did not cooperate and resisted. and it does not show interaction prior to arrest.
