A man in his 30s who was stabbed by a radicalised teen in Perth over the weekend has broken his silence on the physical and mental toll the incident has had on him.
Police warned the teen to put his weapon down before they attempted to tase the 16-year-old twice, however, he lunged at one officer who was forced to shoot him.
