Sky News host Alan Jones says realDonaldTrump can confirm to the American people that the Supreme Court under his nominations will “not be altering social policy in a way which drifts to the Left”.

Sky News host Alan Jones says Donald Trump can confirm to the American people that the Supreme Court under his nominations will “not be altering social policy in a way which drifts to the Left”. Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court Ruth Bader Ginsburg died over the weekend aged 87 after a long battle with pancreatic cancer.

Mr Jones said President Trump’s Christian and heavily conservative base would see the vacancy as an “opportunity to further expand” the conservative voice on the Supreme Court. “It is a big game changer,” he said. He said people who have “question marks about voting Trump” and who were genuine conservatives worried about a range of social issues, would come out in droves for the President on election day in an attempt to prevent the court shifting to the Left.

realDonaldTrump Alan ...75% of US voters disagree with you. Recent poll 8 out of 10 Democrats 5 in 10 Republicans - agreed the appointment should wait until after the election. With only half of Republican voters wanting it to go ahead. What happens in the Senate will be very interesting.
