tomorrow despite the New South Wales government conceding to the union's demands.

"The government has provided a deed for signature by the RTBU in respect of modifications to the new intercity fleet," Tudehope said."The document has been provided, it is conditioned on the enterprise agreement being entered into, but it purports to be in compliance with demands made by the union." "We expect the union to abandon the industrial activity they have engaged in where they have held the commuters of Sydney to ransom," he said.

"The document is with Damien Tudehope for him to review and at some point later today I will apparently get a phone call and be dragged into an office and be presented with the NIF deed."Minister for Regional Transport and Roads Sam Farraway called on the union to sign the deed."This dispute has been continuing on for far too long, hurting commuters who are simply trying to get to work, school or appointments," Farraway said.
