Former Liberal MP John Ajaka is at the centre of a “jobs for the boys” stoush after his lucrative appointment to run a Sydney council.

While Ajaka resigned from several of his directorships in recent days, including Cosmos Cosmetic Enterprises, he remains a director of a related Cosmos Clinic company owned by the beleaguered Dr Ajaka.he intended to resign these two directorships “as soon as possible, as a brief transition period is required for a new director to be appointed”. He also noted that he has no shareholding or other interest in the companies, nor do they do or intend to do business in Liverpool.
