Kalyn Ponga has produced a rather crude slip of the tongue in a moment that left Channel 9 presenter Danika Mason in tears.The Newcastle Knights skipper almost got his side over the line at the death as the Sydney Roosters held on for a 22-20 win.But it was when discussing the injury with Mason following the hard-fought contest when Ponga made the faux pas.
The inappropriate slip of the tongue left both Ponga and Mason laughing as the moment was clipped up and shared around social media. The Roosters then inexplicably let the dropout shot clock expire and Ponga booted a gift two points in front of the posts for an 8-0 lead.
