Kimberley Ametoglou, formerly Kim Duthie, revealed on February 2 that after being diagnosed with an aggressive form of cervical cancer last year,The now-27-year-old first entered the public eye 10 years ago, when at the age of 17 sports agent Ricky Nixon started an inappropriate relationship with her.
