Nuclear Power is the cleanest, cheapest, highly reliable and infinite source of power in long run. Stars including our SUN do not use solar panels and wind fans to produce power but just Nuclear. Info: All advanced including 32 countries use nuclear reactors!

Is that the same Chris Kenny who knows nothing about nuclear? May as well have the headline as “random man on the street says we need nuclear”! How is this news!

If you ad up the frequency of nuclear accidents, 5-mile Is, Chernobyl and Fukushima, map the land area no longer useable, and repeat across the globe… there’d be nowhere left to live in 100 years. Given me gas… cleaner now and renewable moving forward, not nuclear waste dumps.

cvanderstock Too expensive, Would take 15+ years to come online if we started now. Centralised power production like this is way too vulnerable. Some parties are desperate... desperate in an idea of 'anything but solar and wind'.. you have to ask why. Just follow the money.

i use nuclear fusion power all the time, even fuels my car. we don't have an energy shortage, we have an energy monopoly caused crisis

Yeah but he doesn't look hard enough. Nuclear is the most expensive option and the waste-storage issue is insanely problematic.
