: The US prosecutor who sparked a political storm after describing Joe Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory” is standing by his description, saying it was central to his decision not to charge the president over his handling of classified documents.
The material including foreign policy relating to Afghanistan, notebooks containing Biden’s own entries about issues of national security and foreign policy “implicating sensitive intelligence sources and methods”.
