The hot cross bun has been around for centuries, and new recipes can incorporate sourdough, brioche, gelato and piped chocolate. What makes this fruity pastry so celebrated?

They wanted to create ethical and deliciously made sourdough bread, but what started as a small venture in their local community of Elsternwick has grown to be loved and embraced by their local community.
