About a year ago every building and building manager in CBD was issued with a letter from MFB stating that your fire suppression systems, Fire indicator Panels and monthly testing records must by up to date and working. It was a whopping 82k fine for any major breaches.

There are apartments built back to back,closed and no access to painters,cleaners let alone fire brigades. Media never check on the councils, some are not credible and unscrupulous, only to rake in rates, maybe projects for their relatives. Investigation of Councils needed
