Where my son used to work as a supervisor found the reverse the work was there but no qualified Indigenous people who could do the job or stick to it. With a downturn the token indigenous person who was a slack worker kept and the much more competent Asian women sacked=reality.

The strange thing is many of these people aggressively campaigning for Indigenous equality are in fact racist… Have you considered that many Indigenous Australians have zero interest in getting one of your “western jobs” There’s a lot to be learnt from our Indigenous ways.
