A 12-year-old student from Camden High School is one of six new cases of COVID-19 confirmed in NSW.

NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said the community cannot let their guard down and must keep practising social distancing and proper hand hygiene."We can't allow community transmission to creep back into NSW, we have to keep the levels low," she said on Friday morning.The total number of cases in NSW is 3168. Four cases previously identified as positive have been excluded, including aand another in a man aged in his 30s from south western Sydney.

"Anyone who returns from Melbourne hotspots, including NSW residents, should not attend aged care facilities, hospitals, or other settings with vulnerable people, and should avoid gatherings outside of their immediate household for a period of 14 days," he said.
