Rabobank agriculture analyst Dennis Voznesenski says there has been “significant improvement” with harvesting grain crops in eastern South Australia and western Victoria.

“So if you look at places like Lameroo or Pinnaroo, where farmers were getting one and a half tonnes of a hectare a week, this year are

getting three, four even five tonnes of a hectare of wheat and it’s some of the best crops they have ever seen,” he told Sky News Australia.
