Aliyawar Yawari was arrested in December and accused of indecently assaulting a guest at a motel in Adelaide's north.Charges have been dropped against a man who had been accused of indecently assaulting a woman at an Adelaide motel less than a month after he was released from immigration detention.
However, at an Elizabeth Magistrates Court hearing last week, prosecutors tendered no evidence in the case against Mr Yawari and the charges will no longer proceed.
