Second Chinese spy balloon spotted above Costa Rica: Pentagon

Brigadier-General Patrick Ryder confirmed details of the balloon seen above Costa Rica.The first Chinese spy balloon drifting over Columbia, Missouri.The first balloon confirmed yesterday is currently working its way across America, seen most recently above Missouri, in the centre of the contiguous United States.

Politicians said the balloon should have been shot down over the very lightly populated state of Montana.
