The Prime Minister praised 'Riverbank' Frank Doolan for encouraging vaccination, but the Wiradjuri elder has a question for the Mr Morrison about the pace of the vaccine rollout.

"If they expect every Blackfulla west of the Blue Mountains to book online then a lot of people are going to die," Mr Doolan said.

Mr Doolan said an Indigenous nurse soon came to his aide and helped him book in and get his first Pfizer jab.The Dubbo region on Wednesday recorded 23 new cases and Aboriginal people made up 66 per cent of positive cases. There were 10,000 daily tests conducted in Dubbo on Monday and Tuesday but the pathology labs and test clinics have been described by local authorities as "absolutely hammered"

"I live in the small country town of Peak Hill, about 1,000 people, so you expect a delay," said Mr Towney.

Morrison seems to think that praising someone will make them a lifelong friend. Instead ...

Why doesn’t Frank and other Indigenous people walk or get a social worker to drive them to their local Aboriginal Medical Clinic or local Doctor and have the vaccination.. Is there none in Dubbo at all..

Sad story, we need to streamline this for our TO's. This whole system is to complicate for older people who live in the cities, let alone if you live remote and have a lack of internet connection and skill 😑

Never miss an opportunity to push the racism angle do you ABC 🤣
