Good idea, take the mystique out of menstruation, it is the most natural thing that can happen to a girl/woman. Hygiene is so important.

So hand 'em out to the poor! What use are they on the floor!

'It's time to change': Japanese region breaks taboo on tattoos ahead of Rugby World CupOnce considered the hallmark of criminals and the mafia, attitudes to tattoos in Japan are slowly relaxing ahead of an influx of rugby fans and players. I agree because it takes away the beauty of the person; just my take on this. Tatoos are still a stupid idea as the inks can contain metallic nanoparticles that migrate to your lymphatic system and then if you go into an advanced high field MRI machine you can get them heating up to the point where they burn your tissues.
