A 65-year-old woman from Elizabeth Park died at the scene of a crash near Williamstown, about 50 kilometres northeast of Adelaide, at about 9:30pm on Friday. The woman was a passenger in the car and the driver sustained minor injuries. "We have been very pleased by the way South Australians have heeded the message to stay home … There has been much less traffic on our roads and in our holiday hotspots," the spokesperson said.

"Despite restrictions on travel this Easter, police are still out in force monitoring road safety and have the power to pull over any vehicle, on any road, at any time and request that driver submit to a drug or alcohol test."On the same evening, according to SA Police, a Volkswagen sedan sped off after a patrol attempted to stop it on Maxwell Avenue in Edwardstown.

This number is double that, these are only hospital recorded deaths. There are over 6000 care homes in Englans just 2 Covid deaths from each one would push numbers over 20,000 Then there is community related deaths etc. These numbers are almost meaningless without context. There is a reason why researchers don't use hysterical media reports when gathering data.
