South Australian Health Minister StephenWadeMLC has struggled to answer questions as to why international students will be allowed to enter the state to study but the border will remain shut to Melburnians.

South Australian Health Minister Stephen Wade has struggled to answer questions as to why international students will be allowed to enter the state to study but the border will remain shut to Melburnians. Mr Wade said South Australia was allowing international students to enter the state to resume their studies because having foreign students in universities was “an extremely important industry for South Australia”.

He said the port of dispatch for the international students was Singapore. “The reality is, these students are coming from relatively low risk, low prevalence COVID-19 environments,” Mr Wade said. However, Mr Wade said the border would remain closed to Victorians. “Victorians is a different case in point when you’ve got 2,100 cases in the last week we’ll continue to maintain our border with Victoria until it’s safe to do so,” he said. “Melbourne has got 17,000 active cases.

StephenWadeMLC Every member of parliament is getting slammed because their agenda has been uncovered. We the people will no longer be controlled by those that purely want to line their pockets and inflate their ego

StephenWadeMLC Chinese money, of course. After all what would we, poor melburnians, bring to SA.

StephenWadeMLC Why are international students allowed in when Australian citizens are stuck overseas!!!

StephenWadeMLC How Steven Marshall can look straight into the camera and say all these Asian students are being let in because 'it will be good for the economy' tells us all we need to know about where his loyalty is..... and it's not with the people of S.A.

alpsa StephenWadeMLC SA will bring students in, 300 at a time and quarantine them, funded by the University. After clearance they will become SA citizens and cleared for entry to Uni. Victorians won’t come and be settled, and unlikely to self fund ISO-hotel stay

StephenWadeMLC stevie wade was like a rabid dog in opposition. no one was doing their job according to him. now the pressure is on hes a stuttering fool

Wondering if these 300 students form part of the current SA cap of 500 international arrivals a week? If not, then why have a cap to ease pressure on the quarantine program. If so, then that is 300 seats, that Aussies overseas can’t use to get home.

StephenWadeMLC As we're no longer Australian. I'm buying a new flag.

StephenWadeMLC What a goose. We are no longer Australians.

StephenWadeMLC What absolute rot

StephenWadeMLC Our universities are disgraceful. UQ and UNSW are totally corrupted by CCP and same must be the case in other unis at various degrees.

StephenWadeMLC Because the entirety of the discussion we're all having is based on false premises. If you were being lied to 80 percent of the time prior to this year, you're currently experiencing 100 percent lies. This is a worldwide tantrum by morally currupt and compromised leaders.

StephenWadeMLC Because china/UN run our country

StephenWadeMLC China virus

StephenWadeMLC Fucken hypocrites

StephenWadeMLC He had no clue after being asked simple questions, he knows that they are most likely Chinese students via Singapore, just like at the beginning of Victorians shut-down, Andrews and university mates, paid those from China for their extra expenses for flying in via other countries

StephenWadeMLC So the Vice Chancellors can keep earning $1 million plus bucks per year

StephenWadeMLC The reason is MONEY
