Richard Pusey has been jailed for 10 months for his"heartless, cruel and disgraceful" actions in filming dead and dying police officers after a Melbourne crash.
Senior Constables Lynette Taylor and Kevin King, and Constables Glen Humphris and Josh Prestney, died. He was jailed for 10 months in Victoria's County Court on Wednesday. The sentence includes 296 days he's already spent in custody, meaning his sentence is almost completed.Judge Trevor Wraight said Pusey's conduct at the scene was"heartless, cruel and disgraceful", as well as"callous and reprehensible".

Both sentences were ridiculous Pusey though morally reprehensible shouldn’t have spent a day in jail for filming a car accident - he’s an innocent bystander 22 years for the truck driver - WTAF - serial killers get similar sentences

This penalty is pure vindictivness and nothing to do with justice. A good lawyer might have said he was filming the scene in his own defence. He was speeding and had drugs in his system like 25% of other drivers the rest is circumstantial. We may not like it.
