Retiring star aims at dream home double as Marquez keeps rising — MotoGP Catalunya GP live

Acosta opens up on fast start in MotoGP | 08:39Spanish rider Aleix Espargaro, who announced he is retiring at the end of the season earlier in the week, won the Catalunya MotoGP sprint race on Saturday.

Championship leader Jorge Martin was not at the peak of his powers, but the Spaniard battled hard on his Ducati-Pramac to finish fourth and extend his lead in the standings. He slipped from second in the standings to fourth as Marquez and his Ducati teammate Enea Bastianini overtook him.
