'Retaliation is not a must': Family and friends pay tribute to slain 15-year-old Melbourne boy

The 15-year-old was a student at Victoria University Secondary College, where police guarded the perimeter on Wednesday morning as students returned to class.

If this is gang related there will be retaliation the gang can't allow members to be attacked not retaliate because the gang can't be seem to have any weakness otherwise the gang will be knows an easy target that won't do anything if attacked

this is tribal behaviour and these young men are behaving like flock magpies they have no purpose . bring back conscription with no over seas duties. A dose of army discipline might straighten them out. at the moment they are just a drain on society.
