WayneMooreUAP Omfg, you guys are hilarious.

lidgates A lot of dietary studies have inconclusive results, because they're not generally broken down in all considered factors, such as demographics, DNA, race, gender, age, environment, contributing diet, and the biological compound variables of the plants or animals that are studied.

More info on the research please. .who funded it? At times those against meat fund research and others for fund other research. Public needs to know if it's independent.

GillesnFio Less meat not no meat ..

tan123 And Genter wants it out if our hospitals.

tan123 Just eat a balanced diet, for Pete's sake

meat is hard to digest especially when you don't have many teeth.

Regulations on killing a beast have dropped so low that it's risky to be eating animal flesh these days.

tan123 This is how you win a Darwin Award... if you replace meat with liquid meat expect even worse results, if you reduce and replace with whole grains, vegetables and whole fruit then expect healthier arteries

tan123 Vegetarians are wired way too tight. They care, but they're not all there.

lafenn1010

lafenn1010 Best doco on debunking the many vegan myths (its not even about veganism but about human biochemistry of food & other animals) Vegans will HATE this

In moderation people...

CorinnaSladey So if I have it right, not eating meat is not good for vegans, but eating meat is good for humans. Some great press for benefits of eating meat this weekend. 😎

So take it up OGWHO ToomeyWright

If you're not into clickbait, here's the study. 'The associations for stroke did not attenuate after further adjustment of disease risk factors.' Also shows vegos had 13-22% lower rates of heart disease.

You forgot to mention washing it down with a glass or two or three of Red!!!

When they made this study, did they wear white lab coats also? If so, it must be true.....

Fire ,was First used ,to cook our Favorite Food ,MEAT.

We know...

Total Rubbish

DiscoStew66 Since going keto and eating more red meat (grass fed) not only has my blood sugar normalized to a non-diabetic range but all my other health markers seem to be improving!

Increased risk of being a narcissistic, ego driven, entitled and insufferable ideologue as well. Possibly also has an increased risk of becoming a cyclist and/or a protester if you don't think you're being annoying and self centered enough. Woof!

😂

Karma‼️

DrAseemMalhotra News companies are bought. I wont even allow any study to tell me what to eat. I will give vegan a chance but i will do my own research if i know where to start.

I'm suddenly ok with Vegans choosing the lifestyle they choose

🤔👍

SarahAnnMacklin There's no link to the actual study, so I'm just going to ignore this.

These studies keep changing, I suggest 2 ignore them. There are 7 days in a week, I’m sure we can eat a varied diet and be healthy.

Thanks, I am eating a steak tonight 🍴🥩

DrAseemMalhotra Side note. Longevity is always the metric. But what if living One year less, but those years were more satisfying/fulfilled? What’s the objective of living longer if it’s not better?

DrAseemMalhotra Just eat what you want and you'll die of something anyway.

DrAseemMalhotra Fat and Meat are vital , there is nothing bad with fat . carbs and veg oil is the devil

This sounds like the kind of bullshit ideological crap that I would see on Kenny's shows (if I wasted my brain cells watching that junk)

Woohoo!

DiscoStew66 Another useless epidemiological study that cant prove causation, as similar ones saying meat increases xyz. We need to retire these as a scientific tool as they don’t give us anything. I would love if this one were true, but am also fair and realise you can’t have it both ways

Processed meat or any food is not healthy, in general every one should eat a balance diet .... ...

Cool, better start eating even more meat.

A meat industry promotion. Fake news.

So much BS, it’s bad, then good, then bad and now good again.

Meat and 3 veg provide the best basis for a meal, for a human. Makes the meal colourful and nutritious. Hold back on too much dessert/sugar. End of Menu.

more research. from the experts. ....

ClimateRealists Sky news says..... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😂Fake news.

Now we will see this research queried I bet

I mean seriously which is it so conflicting over the years I love a good steak 😌😎

I fear that many people can’t afford meat for every meal. Nothing to do with being vegan.

I can’t find this “research” anywhere. What is the source? Who did the research? Kindly provide a reference so that the claims can be verified. Thanks.

Love it!🤣🤣🤣🤣 We get rid of the vegans!!

Are you listening vegans? vegans

Vegans are you listening, lose of eating meats is major cause amongst full blown vegans.

Yeah, and did you know 100 % of people who drank water died later ?

ClimateRealists What about human meat? (I'm worried about the Swedes)

The BBC summary “People who eat vegan and vegetarian diets have a lower risk of heart disease and a higher risk of stroke, a major study suggests. They had 10 fewer cases of heart disease and three more strokes per 1,000 people compared with the meat-eaters.”

No the study showed a reduction in ischaemic heart disease: “this difference was equivalent to 10 fewer cases of ischaemic heart disease (95% confidence interval 6.7 to 13.1 fewer) in vegetarians than in meat eaters per 1000 population over 10 years”

So eating meat causes heart attacks and not eating it causes strokes. So which ailment do you prefer to have?

ClimateRealists red meat, every 3 days apart other wise it backs up in your bowels, get rid of processed food and that's starting on the road the healthy eating , healthy living, and stay away form meds

AllNewsAlliance The biggest threat to veganism if the keep up their protest bs, is someone kicking the shit out of them.

Once again, complete absence of truth & honest journalism from Sky News. Lumping together vegans (who do not eat stroke-causing animal products) with vegetarians (who do eat stroke-causing animal products) is beyond lunacy. This study is invalid. Vegans have far less stroke risk.

My meat is good for your heart

Here we go. The Deep State propagandists at it again EnemyOfThePeople

Seriously. Make up your mind.

Bloody hell this is a bit frightening. More rump steak people.

A study by the meat industry obviously lol

About a month or two ago they said new study showed no links any of them think

Well surprise, surprise. The cost of this stupidity will be monumental with the health issues that it causes over time, apart from the cost to the country if its farmers all go broke. Do Labour and the Greens care? I seriously doubt it !

A stroke in your heart eh?

True fact!
