A passerby says he used a ladder to help pull frightened children out of an Assumption College school bus after it ran off the road and crashed into trees near Kilmore, north of Melbourne.
The door of the bus was obstructed by a tree, so he and some other passersby broke the driver’s right side window.“The kids were uninjured, maybe a few bruises and scratches,” he said.
