Did he provide the opportunity to correct her oversight? No. This is an overreach & no doubt could be challenged. I hope the new guy applies this same rigorous passion for transparency to the politicians who have failed to disclose financially beneficial conflicts of interest

I struggle to see the issue here, looks like a conflict of interest to me. Journalists & politicians you can’t really trust either of them to tell you the whole truth

Welcome to the REAL world

How can you trust something that bleeds for a week and doesn't die.

5 minutes is an awful long time to let someone go. Just because you’ve been there 30 years doesn’t mean it needs to take any longer. I’ve read some of this chicks stuff. It’s rubbish anyway. She’s out of touch and as far as I’m concerned no loss.

Seems she didn't declare a conflict of interest.

30 year journalist didn't declare their political allegiance whilst writing a political article which incidentally criticises their political opponents

Four out of five first home buyers locked out of most of Sydney and MelbourneThree in four properties in Sydney and half in Melbourne are only affordable for the highest earning 20 per cent of first home buyers. It's why families have been leaving those places in droves for years. Not so much Sydney/Melbourne's fault for being desirable as it is a decade of off the charts federal economic + workforce mis-management leading to abnormally low interest rates. Why aren’t you going where you can afford and travelling to work like trillions of other people? There isn’t a housing or affordability problem. The actual problem is privileged young people have unrealistic expectations and want to live in premium suburbs from the get go. 🙄😂 Plenty of new homes around Melbourne for $500k. Whinging lot nowdays.
