A NSW Health physician says the department decided not to wait for COVID-19 swab results before allowing the Ruby Princess to disembark because passengers needed to catch flights.

This Dr. Sean Tobin must have gained his qualifications directly from WHO They, as supposed world health leaders, made similar poor control decisions with the original viral outbreak in Wuhan. Based on previous Epidemic experience, WHO had the opportunity to contain it there.

Highly recommend watching it. Better than anything on plus reporting on this is ‘grab’ woeful. You will not be able to comprehend the thinking and competency levels that exist in senior levels of a Health Dept.
