Quiet on Set returns with fifth episode after outrage over Nickelodeon's treatment of workers

The children's TV industry has been set alight since Quiet on Set premiered in the US in early MarchThe four-part Investigation Discovery documentary featured former Nickelodeon child stars speaking out about the disturbing environments they experienced while working for the network.
