Professor Nancy Baxter told Today 90 per cent of Quebec, which is Canada's second-most populous province, is fully vaccinated and the health tax would be "fair" to those who chose to get vaccinated.

No. We have universal health care in this country and the underlying principles matter. Access to health care, which may save a life, should never be dictated by someone’s wealth or choices - even when we disagree with them.
