Queensland drivers are being caught out by covert cameras as they commit two offences at the same time. The Courier Mail reports around 470 drivers were stung more than $1,400 for using their mobile phones and not wearing a seatbelt in just one snap.

Maybe if drivers put on their belts and put away their phones they wouldn't get slugged. A bit like speeding really, although it gets harder to watch for dangers and keep a constant eye on the speedo because of the lower tolerances these days.
