What’s important to know is that aircraft are designed with that in mind and have a lot of built-in redundancy, and our crew are trained to deal with those situations so that they can land safely.”
Qantas wasn't been Australian owned or operated for a long time
Mechanical issues...! What about toxic jabbed pilots sitting in the cockpit...!
They are the safest carrier in the world with the best record. These planes have been in mothballs for a while and I guess we have to expect incidents. Other carriers mightn't take it so seriously. Good on them for their diligence.
Safe and effective
Remember when RainMan praised Qantas as the safest airline in the world? yeah... we used to do maintenance in Australia back then.
Perhaps if they paid their CEO less and fixed their plans they wouldn't have such problems.
Two things are certain when flying g QANTAS. Bags don't turn up at your destination. Passengers don't make it to their destination.
It’s called cost cutting. A necessary evil to ensure that wanker Joyce gets his $5mil in bonuses this year
Clearly this is because of global warming.
Defended Qantas Really? You seriously want to defend 5 incidents in 10 days .. Pretty sure other airlines defended there poor safety standards before a major incident.. I wouldn't fly with an airline that tries to justify & defend that many incidents in a very short time..

Qantas Pilots have displayed courage and professionalism. It’s the CEO that needs to take responsibility and leave the company.
