The suspended NSW Labor MP raided amid an investigation of a Chinese government interference plot is demanding the federal police 'come up with the evidence' or clear his name.

that Mr Moselmane's part time staffer John Zhang had been raided on the same day because police believed he was collaborating with the Chinese government's leading spy agency to influence NSW politics.

Mr Moselmane complains that even though a month has passed "since that dreadful raid on my family home", he was still in the dark about why he had been subject to what he described as a "very public execution". "I have no problem with the lawful use of investigative agencies to promote security. What I am critical of is the oppressive nature of this ministerial manoeuvring especially by Peter Dutton and Scott Morrison to use me and [Mr Zhang] as the scapegoat for their failing to promote a strategic, balanced and independent Australian own foreign policy."

Well if there's nothing to hide there's nothing to worry about then

Yes indeed, this couldn't possibly be a well publisied raid on a Labor MP just before a crucial by-election. The authorities wouldn't be that pathetic to stoop so low.

'Grim situation' playing out in Vic nursing homes due to 'lagging' stage four impact | Sky News AustraliaLabor MP Peter Khalil says a “pretty grim” situation is playing out across the Victorian aged care sector after the COVID-19 outbreak rapidly spread from the general public into nursing homes.\n\nWhile coronavirus cases are slowly declining in the state of Victoria, fatalities have grown.\n\nVictorian Premier Daniel Andrews announced on Monday the state was witnessing “greater stability” in COVID-19 cases after he announced 19 new fatalities and 322 cases in the past 24 hours. \n\nMr Khali said the reason for the high death rate was “partly because of the fact the virus has ripped through the aged care sector and obviously there’s a higher number of vulnerable patients there who have caught coronavirus”.\n\nHe said the stage four lockdown in Victoria was difficult but necessary to control the virus.\n\nLiberal MP Trent Zimmerman suggested Victoria was “probably still seeing the lag from the stage three lockdowns with the full impact of the benefits of the stage four lockdowns yet to arrive”.\n\nImage: News Corp Australia At Opal, Head Office literally has a travelling 'circus' of lifestyle coordinators, carers, etc. who come into nursing homes a few weeks b4 accreditation, then leave!!! Absolute JOKE. Chronically understaffed the rest of the time. Complaints fell on deaf ears even b4 COVID. Pretty grim That’s a pretty big understatement! Very sad any death in aged care but what your story isn’t reporting is that age care residents have a directive in place to have no medical intervention And most family members don’t want their aged care family members to go hospitals family’s call the shots not care staff
