Buckingham Palace has confirmed the Duke of Edinburgh has undergone a successful procedure for a pre-existing heart condition. Prince Philip had the surgery at St Bartholomew's Hospital in London where he will remain for treatment, rest and recuperation.
A big thank you to all at the NHS hospital as he was transferred from a private hospital for the operation.
I wonder if or how many commoners were sacrificed to keep him going another few weeks
