The Princess of Wales revealed her diagnosis last week in a video released on Friday and is currently undergoing “preventative” chemotherapy after cancer cells were discovered following abdominal surgery in January.
According to royal author Tom Quinn, the shocking diagnosis has emboldened Harry to make more of an effort to build bridges with the royal family and the Duke of Sussex is hoping to visit the Wales clan in May."Given Kate’s cancer diagnosis, Harry will certainly make efforts to see his brother and Kate when he returns to the UK in May,” he told The Mirror on Monday.
Harry is scheduled to return to London for the tenth anniversary of his signature Invictus Games organisation, a multi-sport event for injured veteran service men and women.
