Gladys Berejiklian faced further questioning on Thursday over the nature of her relationship with Daryl Maguire amid claims the disgraced former MP had a key to the Premier's Sydney home as recently as last month | AlexSmithSMH LucyCormack

"Given that Daryl Maguire had a key to the Premier's north shore home for many years, and while cohabitating came and went as he liked as recently as last month, doesn't this demonstrate an intimate personal relationship and the Premier's failure under the ministerial code of conduct to declare all of Daryl Maguire's business interests," Mr Latham asked in upper house question time.

Speaker Jonathon O'Dea initially attempted to stop the question, citing "suppression orders that ICAC has made in terms of restricting publication". ICAC Inspector Bruce McClintock SC is investigating how suppressed private hearing transcripts were made public after they were inadvertently published for a short period last week."I've read and heard things, including today, which are just practically factually incorrect," Ms Berejiklian told Parliament.

Transport Minister Andrew Constance addressed the media late on Thursday, saying Mr Latham and Ms McKay would be referred to the privileges committee for the "slur" against the Premier. The ICAC heard revelations Ms Berejiklian knew Mr Maguire was receiving commissions for brokering property deals as far back as 2014. Several phone calls intercepted by the ICAC also revealed Mr Maguire extensively discussed his personal finances with Ms Berejiklian.
