South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas says he would support a push for Adelaide Oval to host the New Year's Test match that is traditionally held in Sydney.

Adelaide Oval could be set to host the West Indies for the second summer in a row

South Australian Premier Peter Malinauskas says the state should not be taken for granted in cricket scheduling However, the South Australian Cricket Association said it had "no further comment" from what its chairman was reported as saying in the Sydney Morning Herald today."We believe SACA's got a compelling case in front of Cricket Australia that shows that our premium product deserves premium scheduling," SACA president Will Rayner was reported to have said.

"Where we can derive an economic outcome as a result of state government advocacy, then we're happy to play in that space, but I think it also goes without saying that, from a cricket fan's perspective, Cricket Australia shouldn't take the SACA and Adelaide Oval for granted," he said.. Six of the round's games will be played at Adelaide Oval, with another three hosted by suburban and country grounds.

Leave it there . Just go back to the Tour Itinerary of the 80/90's and give us back the Australia day Weekend

Well, Adelaide did have the Boxing Day test for a long time til Melbourne stole that 🤷🏻‍♀️ don’t we all just want to watch cricket rather than rain?

Hands off SA. The NY test has been/always will be Sydney's.

No chance. Adelaide is a hole, it's claim to fame is Snotown

New aged care hub in Perth takes new approach to reach Indigenous eldersFirst Nations people in Western Australia have long struggled to access the aged care system, with advocates describing the lack of services tailored to Indigenous elders as appalling. They hope that's about to change. Racists !!!! Free beer? There were no first nations. Everything the ABC propagates is a lie, and their lies are often based on that false premise.
