Daniel Andrews has dropped perhaps his biggest hint yet that more COVID-19 restrictions will be relaxed across Victoria on Friday.

Following a decreasing number of active cases across the state, the Premier said he expected Friday to be a “positive day”.

“Tomorrow is the 14th day from the most recent cases when they first became most infectious.
