Officers responded to reports of a disturbance between a man and a woman who knew each other at a home on Hodnet Bend in The Vines about 9.30am.While officers discovered the woman inside the home uninjured, they believe the man has a serious injury to his arm. Inspector Geoff DeSanges said police believe Unkovich is carrying a 12 gauge shotgun and was unwittingly helped out of the area.Unkovich was driven three kilometres away by the unsuspecting driver and was last seen on Strinesdale Boulevard in Aveley, hiding in bushes, police said.Police are urgently searching for a man who they believe is armed with a gun after a fight occurred at a home in Western Australia's Swan Valley. Police believe Unkovich is travelling on foot or on a bicycle.

He is described being approximately 178cm tall, of medium build with brown hair and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve jumper and dark pants. Members of the public are advised not to approach Unkovich if they spot him but to call police immediately on 131 444.A CURRENT AFFAIR
