Victorian police have tackled a shouting protester to the ground at Premier Daniel Andrews’ COVID-19 press conference where Melbourne’s lockdown was extended by one week.

The man repeatedly shouted the Premier’s name and caused a 30-minute interruption after claiming he had a letter for Victoria’s leader.
