The seized drugs are estimated to have a street value of $166 million.

Australian Federal Police have intercepted a shipment of more than 416 kilograms of cocaine destined for Adelaide, following an investigation into transnational organised crime.

It is the largest amount of cocaine ever detected in South Australia, and the state's largest drug seizure in history. Australian Federal Police assistant commissioner Peter Harvey said the drugs had an estimated street value of $166 million.More to come.
