Two people suffered burns when the small incendiary device was dropped or thrown among patrons who had gathered on a footpath area in front of the Grafton Street complex at closing time, about 3am on
November 30.Detectives have spoken with multiple witnesses however they believe there may be others who either witnessed the incident or may have been struck by the firework and not yet made a report to police.
