Officers were called to a property in Fitzroy at 11.30pm yesterday, following reports of people yelling and windows being smashed inside.
Neighbours say it's not unusual to hear shouting and blaring music coming from the $3.5 million home, but last night it ended with specialist police smashing into the property and dragging Mr Pusey from the roof.Richard Pusey was released on bail in October over charges relating to the Eastern Freeway crash, in which four police officers were killed.
Police had tried to contact Mr Pusey but after no response, the Critical Incident Response Team forced entry to the home, where they found the 42-year-old on the roof. As part of Mr Pusey's bail conditions, he is required to answer the door to police at any time, but officers say when they arrived, he refused to let them in.
Shame this POS didn't have the guts to jump from his rooftop.
Can someone tell me the circumstances that would cause bail to be revoked in VIC? Genuine question.
At the risk of victim blaming, what type of idiot would think it's a good decision to spend a quiet night in with this grub?
dick pussy lol
He will lead a harrowed life from here on in. Rightfully so the cops will ride him till sunset.
Ah another night I’ll sleep like a baby.
Throw that garbage out
SHIT ATRACTS SHIT …..
An obvious psychopath that has no business being in civilised society
Probably another drug fueled rampage by this idiot.
None of that happened. Police trying to stitch him up.
Put the dog back into jail.
O well that’s life no surprises move on!
Put him in away
Presume his bail has been revoked.
Should let him jump

Police officer in hospital after alleged Melbourne assaultA police officer is recovering in hospital and four women have been arrested following an alleged assault in Melbourne early Sunday morning. How? If someone clearly antagonistic won't take a breath test or get out of the car, and I have a baton, capsicum spray and gun, I would not let them get close enough to do damage. Not should my partner. Are they from the Aboriginal community? Or the ethnic European community of Aussies? The police officer is still in hospital but the alleged assailants are on the streets ready for more. Did some miracle happen between the offence and court that suddenly made them responsible citizens with no tendency to violence? Police are no longer protected by the courts.
